- We'll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase

Returns
Please note that special terms apply to Consumers who wish to return goods, which prevail over the provisions of this Clause. Customers who are Consumers are referred to Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 paragraph below.
Tri Pack Supplies Ltd is committed to providing customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases we offer the returns facilities described below.

Returned goods will not be accepted without an RA Number. Do not write directly on the packaging. Please write the RA number on an address label and attach it to the returned package. Any defacement of the manufacturer's packaging or damage caused by inadequate packaging may result in the rejection of the return or an additional restocking fee, at Tri Pack Supplies Ltd' sole discretion.
Tri Pack Supplies Ltd cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. It is the Customer's responsibility to pack the product adequately to prevent damage.
Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to insure the goods for their full value.
On receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to identify the fault you have notified to us. If following the inspection process, the product is found to be in good order without defect, we will return the product to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility. If you've forgotten your password, just enter your email address on the 'Forgotten your password' page, and we'll email you a new, randomly generated password. After you have logged back in you can change your password in your account area.
It's a good idea at this point to change your password to something that's as secure as possible. If you decide to change your password, or if we prompt you to do so, we'll ask you to set one with no fewer than 8 characters, to include a minimum of one upper and one lower case letter, and at least one number.
We do appreciate that remembering passwords can be tricky, but setting effective and secure passwords on all the sites you use is vital in combating possible fraudulent activity using your personal details.
It's best to avoid using the same password for each of your online accounts, because if a criminal gains access to it, all your accounts could be at risk. Multiple passwords keep you safer.
It's a good idea to change your passwords on a regular basis, especially for sites you use frequently and which involve financial transactions.
If you ever get a request to reveal your password for an online site, don't respond as legitimate sites and services won't ask you to send them passwords via email. You may be tempted to share passwords with close family, but do keep in mind there's always a risk they could pass information on inadvertently or share it with someone else.
